Winning Smiles Orthodontics Foundation
Welcome! Winning Smiles Orthodontics Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation founded in 2008. We are dedicated to providing necessary orthodontic services and oral health education to children (ages 10-17) and young adults (ages 18-25) with special consideration for low-to-middle income families and individuals who otherwise could not afford the full cost of braces.
Winning Smiles Orthodontics Foundation has come far in the past twelve years. However, the need is great and the journey has just begun. Approximately 42% of children in Michigan live in low-income families according to the National Center for Children in Poverty (2020). Growing up in poverty is one of the greatest threats to healthy child development. It can contribute to behavioral, social and emotional problems and poor health. Orthodontics is a life changing service helping children and young adults to build self-esteem and the confidence necessary to succeed.
Please join with us in securing a better future for the children we serve by making a donation to Winning Smiles Orthodontics Foundation. In 2019, we provided discounted and charity orthodontic care that saved families approximately $237,000. Since 2008, we have exceeded $2,000,000 in total savings to hundreds of families! All donations may be tax deductible, depending on your tax situation. A receipt will be provided for your gift. All donations remain here in West Michigan and go directly to providing orthodontic treatment to children and young adults in our community. I can tell you from personal experience that the children, young adults and families we have provided services to through this program are some of the most grateful people I have ever met.
